useful for any of the PMSD builds? Doesn't seem too impressive apart from huge spell focus.

I have a strange feeling it would work somewhat nice on Neutraldin, but didn't have a chance to test it.

101 pmsd, why wouldn't it be? seems to give lots of dmg but slows your cast speed so you would need to be able to make up for that some how.

Not to mention 404 SF.

It will not. Collector +6Ghal and weapon (angiris, adjudicator, dead lady, etc...) beat it.

Yeah, that's why I asked. 1-hander + Collector seemed better than such a rare staff.

About Force Blast
Does it work inside the lab?
Is it invalid for BOSS? If it is invalid, why does the monster still show the color change? Makes me think it works on bosses

It's classified as a debuff, so it works in high labs.

So are the barbarians, Amazons, assassins, etc. in the lab effective? Does Phobos even have an effect?

Did not apply Force Blast to Phoboss because my mercs can't survive :) and I did not play Sorc in 2.0, but it should work.
