I've now rolled seven 1 skill neutrality pact and seven 0 skill suppository, I've done the math and it's insanely bad rng if the chance was 50/50.

You say 1 in 7 is biased but 1 in 9 is not. You are clearly gedronken :D

Anyway not gonna argue on forums but would appreciate to learn from devs or seasoned players if there is a bias in those "0 to 1" or "1 to 2" items/charms.

Mine was a 14 run which is like 1 in 15k.

How to sustain with summon barb? We have no defence from skills, no life, no LL\LaeK, no block. Nothing. Just a dozen of meatshields which wont help in overcrowded areas or in areas with aoe spells.
I even think abour fortress with toraja champion but it looks so weak.

One of the ways i build it does fautz easily, just get itemz with +max summoned minions, total 1000% minion life and 400% minion dmg, wolf stance and nephalem uberskill, best defence is max dmg/speed

flail, and eth adds nothing to psn ww( it adds but phys dmg is too marginal for this build), phys ww is another story ofc.

T4 eth flail is best in theory. Lowest req, but still 6 sockets. You want a flail for the range.
I have Sacred eth flail just because I had it and the strength you already get from charms.

Just got Wyrd on a ring. Any reason I cannot use it? Its red, but nothing on the skill says anything leading me to think it shouldn't work. Is this (again) due to melee mastery? If that is the case, then why the F would Wyrd spawn on items with a melee bias when you can't even use it??

Wyrd is a projectile skill that's blocked by melee devotion, yes.

(also, "melee bias"? what? d2 isn't intelligent enough to spawn certain affixes together, it's just totally random. if anything, the existence of sk+sf+sd+pierce rolls on rings makes them marginally more likely to be better for casters than anyone else)
