What's the spawn rate for heroic bosses and is there an area I should check? I've cleared these dungeons three or four times and they're rather annoying. But am I supposed to basically farm them and then rejoice if they appear?

From my experience

Belial -> BPR -> Astrogha -> Quov Tsin - from the highest chance to initially spawn in the area to the lowest;

BPR -> Quov Tsin -> Belial -> Astrogha - from the highest chance to summon using Dark Summoning book to the lowest;

So, Astrogha would be the hardest (most annoying) to get for a fight.

Wait I need to use the summoning book thing like with butcher?

Yes, all those bosses can be summoned using the Book. No need to endlessly remake the game.

how do i know what my item's affix level is on realm?

Omg I read the doc and it said that they might not appear. So I was just remaking after a clear!!!! XD
