so i think i'm gonna make a lazydin and have some questions:
- is ROL > brimmstone?
- Is there another version that uses VOJ instead of VOR? VOR shoot range is a joke.
- I saw some1 talking about chuck's guide, can u give me the link?

it's inside my compilation . the main differences between mine and potato's are the lazy procfest , more targets hit by the Vessel , more passive sources of damage + reanimates (via Demiurge)

@chicken. RoL is better imo due to there being no delay between being cast and dealing damage. I'm toying with the idea of switch to VoJ endgame but the damage on VoJ is so much less than VoR.

30+ targets instead of 3 (more than 10x more) makes a big difference between those 2 because most of the time you fight vs large crowds / walk trough them to spread damage . even if let's say that you have a VoR to hit 3 targets with 80k damage , a Voj to hit all targets in your range with 50k is better imo for a lazy build . it spreads the damage better , to all the opponents at the same time .

But I think VoR hits multiple times faster per second than VoJ I belief, that's the difference between them.

the point of being lazy is to cover as much screen as you can , and spread as much damage as you can , to as many targets as you can , be it a lazy paladin / lazy assassin/lazy necro or whatever .

This! I didn't think this pala which uses VOR is so "lazy" as he must walk/tele in to mobs to kill, and must use an active spell which doesn't have high cast range. When i watched vids i'm even more certain, actually he has to use skills pretty much although it's only 2-3 skills after buff, still, VOR range being too short makes it looks like vessel dmg is the secondary dmg source not the main ones. It's true that VOR dmg is higher but with that short range, i believe ppl would rather trade 60-80k dmg x 7 hits/ sec with 30-40k x 5 hits/sec x 3 range.
one more thing is I think the main reason u choose ROL over brimm is because u can get it from an easier to replace gear piece. Brimm only appears on pala helm but we already have a choice for that place, right? Still i would choose brim, because if i want to kill phys imm enemies or bosses, i want to do it from a safe distance. brimm dmg is awesome :D
Will try both vessels for sure. And thank u chuck, i'm like hopeless on the old info of internet now :))

you can find some extra info for the old pladin skills (that are now oskills) in my neutraldin miniguide .

RoL suits the lazy style more , while Brimm kinda turns you more into a caster , which is not a lazy build .
