So the max bonus is +460% spell damage? Isn't the aforementioned bonus simply added to our other +% spell damage from equipment, charms, etc? You alluded to Path of Exile (which I'm not familiar with)

That is more like a synergy for the spells so it multiplies with spelldamage . Also spells get 20% more dmg for each lvl your character has so before spelldamage they scale pretty well with stats and lvl

how does everyone know if a sacred unique is SU/SSU/SSSU/... ?

In the documentation i dont see any sorting by this stuff

In the section titled "Sacred", items are order from left to right - su/ssu/sssu

Like I already wrote - it's a global multiplier to your spell damage. So, for example, on the skilltree tooltip where it says "Current Bonus: X", if X = 100 this means that any spell damage you have is doubled.

I'd need some help with these items

#1: Is this good craft base if i 6sox it? around how much tg it worth?
#2: Is this chest worth sg? I tried blast wave, it could be useful skill with the stun/knockback waves. And the chest has +2alls and def. When i tried to craft my chest with shrines i never got such roll.

#4 could be useful if you want to try chuck's road warrior hawk barb

Claw Tornado on melee attack is useless compared to SoR/ATMG/Spike Nova procs on rare/crafted items. Nimmen axe has on striking proc.

is it worth the trouble trying to get 5% Ctc lvl 7 Javelin Nova on Attack on crafted armors? i need more detailed info on this proc. thanks

it really isn't worth it cause of the low proc rate. The proc itself isn't very impressive, it's similar to spike nova
