Full clear with fully polished gear and charms (no dimensional key). Thanks for gebs and mortimer for support with IED build, I'll be adding it to the guide shortly but I can't recommend that you go for it unless you have ton of money to throw around.
Maleficence build clear rly fast scos compere to bowa/totemancer/, only issue is some druids whos running around like idiots , and in general this build have problem with bosses.... in labs corrupted bosses are rly pain in ass. On my barb dmg atm is 13-19 k 45 cb 27 ds.

I have 3 craftable items, each Jewel gives +6 EWD + Not bad Proc . I've only used 1 of these Jewels on my gloves, just for fun. And I don't think it looks bad.
Not sure if this has been mentioned but for the 100-125 section you have Specialization as the Reward skill. Since you only get it @ 125 maybe you can include an alternate skills distribution for that section? I'm 123 now but I have 11 points left over.
