One hit him. Use a built with high elemental spell damage and stack -199 enemy resistance. For example a random amulet with hailstorm and honorifics items with -30 enemy cold res, 30 cold spell damage should be able to pull that off easily.
Just a quick question:
If i am using ACT5 Merc:
1 - Does the item + to all skills works same as + all barbarian skills so my merc would give me higher level BUFF?
2 - If he is using shower of rocks does it means taht better weapon for him increasing DMG of that SOR skill?

I am using 1.14. But I downloaded from blizzard website.
Doesn't matter where u downloaded from, they will not work in 1.14,u will have to reinstall the game and get it to 1.13 if u wanna use those softwares

Not similar. GR have to compete with tons of other items to be dropped there unlike in Fauzt/Toraja that have rune drop bias. Imo, not worth your time.
