I believe Azurewrath's orb is WDM, but I don't know how much.

It was pointed somewhere it's 150% WDM

i try to roll 10.000 times but still can't find this op on gloves, plz tell me why????

Plug some numbers into the calculator.

Sacred leather gloves, quality level 90 -> even at item level 1, the affix level is 81.

The lorenado proc has a maximum affix level of 50, so you can't roll it on sacred or even tier 4 gloves. For tier 3, ilvl 74 is the highest. Tier 2, ilvl 65. Tier 1 gloves will depend on the base but it's 50-59.

For 2nd question i think drop rate are the same no matter how many ppl on ur game as of patch 2.2

Yes (though it's diminishing returns, not breakpoints), yes, and yes.
