Accidentally orbed my chest piece beyond my level. Is there a way to remove orb bonuses from items or do I need to rock another chest piece for a couple of levels?

No chance to remove orbs without losing your stats from the item. On SP, however there used to be grig tools that has removing MO option, but I doubt it still works.

I'm really wanting to make a new character and I've chosen druid.. I just don't really know what would be a really exciting build, any suggestions? I'd like one that could take me well into the end game.

Traprat and ele Druid to get basic charms once you have nice gear go wolf for farming. Being good at a class has more to do with knowing when to respec/ gear swap for different situations

Which skills inflict Burn damage? Purify is one I've heard.
