I've just tried Chillstring & Coldhunger & Cryo Beam -quiver today. Cryo Beam's freezing is the best support for Ice Lance, since Ice Lance projectile need to accelerate.

I specced to focus on cold spells procs.
- Get some fire pierce because it'd be added as cold pierce, thanks to Hunter tree.
- Get some % cold spell.
- Put a lot of attr points to energy.
- Invest to minion res to get the 750% EWD from the bear's passive.
- Use the ultimate skill that gives spell focus.

The result was somewhere okay ish, but it's not as strong as I expected.

@Mortimer_85 does the 750% added EWD count for Ice Lance? It seems not.

yes, it does, i test with Ice Lance oskill, skill damage increase when i put some points in Primal Bond.
Cryo Beam proc on quiver is so cool, but i prefer

Ahhh, so I need a relic. Dang, I don't think I'll manage in that case. Werewolf is also nice for now. Maybe I'll find it eventually.

What's the best place to find relics? Fauzt?

Seems no, afaik. But not sure.

How to calculate the reduced basic attack speed?
For example, XAZAX, NEPHALEM'S SACRIFICE, phoboss
They all have a debuff to reduce attack speed
But it's not as simple as reducing 20% and adding 20%
