Not to my knowledge, were basically at your mercy to provide us information for your offline character. My advice to you would be to look on the website I linked and look at characters on the ladder tab. If your having trouble try to emulate and understand why they are built the way they are. Chances are you are missing either gear, stats, or charms. Writing out your gear, and having a post on the forum asking for help with maybe a screen shot of d2 stats would be a start.

Then get to farming. There are not too many guides yet, so some builds you just have to emulate or figure out.

you're just unlucky. greater oil of alchemy crafting always gives you +1skills, and the (+2 or?) +3 mod from the rare affix pool is just a chance. prepare for some grind, because thats crafting
