2.9 Bugs & Feedback

Strange problem related to version 2.9.
I don't see any new Hud or settings.
Unfortunately, I don't have versions 2.6-2.8 to compare, but 2.5 works as expected.
Tried different wrappers for glide/d2dx/d2gl no luck.
Tried different ways to update from working 2.5 to 2.9 and from scratch 1.13c vanilla.
Mac Os Sonoma/M1/Crossover/Win10 bottle. Tried new launcher with last updates for 2.9.3 from https://launcher.median-xl.com/mxl/release/public/manifest
Maybe missing some visual studio dependencies or any other, but I found that problem becomes when I update the mpq files.

The Scrollwheel on the lootfilter is not draggable in the loot filter menu

The scrollbar seen in the image is not draggable with the mouse leading to heavy scrolling with the scroll wheel on the mouse which can be quite tedious for longer filters.

It would be a very nice QoL for it to be mouse draggable in the future !

If possible maybe the loot drop notifications could show up starting from the top left so it will be in line with old d2stats and easier for players to transition into?
