I really like the idea behind this, but I have one concern.
Would it be possible to modify the list of waypoints somehow to make sure players can get to these ubers quickly?
I know that late game players have a ton of move speed and all, but it still felt really annoying to me to have to run repeatedly through the various "level 1" zones like Cave level 1, Hole level 1, Underground Passage level 1 etc. in order to get to the ubers. That part of the game offers zero challenge and is just a waste of time, especially when running to a zone that's farmed a lot like Duncraig.
