Here are the instructions:
1) Download the translation file from the comments on the mod's forum (scroll to the last, 21st page)
2) Go to the launcher folder, search for the file "launcher.json", open it via notepad, find the line "translation_language" and put "ru" instead of "null" ("ru" should be in quotation marks)
3) Drop the downloaded file into the "median-xl" folder (it was created by the launcher when installing the mod)
4) You are successful
In the end, nothing changed.

Sorry, forgot to check, yet you didn't answer my question, did you enable the use of custom lang via the launcher.

Please tell me how can I enable Russian language? I threw the file into the game folder.
Also, when adding files to Glide, the launcher automatically updates the game and Glide does not work. How to fix this?

The language appeared, I managed although I did the same

Great news! Huge thanks to everyone involved in making these translations possible — I can only imagine how much time and effort went into this.

I've just tested the Russian translation in version 2.10, and overall it looks solid. There are a few minor inconsistencies in item descriptions and some untranslated strings in the skill tree, but nothing that breaks immersion. I’ll make sure to post specific examples in this thread soon.

Also, I appreciate the clear installation instructions. Even though it's a bit technical, everything worked fine on my end. Maybe in the future the process could be streamlined through the launcher itself?

Again, big respect to the translators and the whole Median XL team for continuing to support the community like this. Looking forward to more updates!
