I played median xl many years ago and was shocked and excited to see it is still being supported. But as seeing the season numbers are in the 30's, I'm wondering where within this site or elsewhere I can find a comprehensive list of all the challenges and other endgame content the game currently has. I found links to pages for some things via google, but wasn't sure if this is referring to old content that has since been changed/removed.

Go through the patch notes: https://www.median-xl.com/changelog. These are for the current patch, but at the bottom of it, you can find for previous versions.

This lists all challenges and uberquests (split into rifts and dungeons now).

I would also look at recent Build Guides; they sometimes have a "what's changed with this build" section: viewforum.php?f=40
