Tried doing that, The only option is to use something called GDIPlus which didn't work for me at all so i've chosen the least annoying solution.
As for the font selection: same as above - i could allow for that but that complicates text width calculation for line breaks and couple of other issues seem to show up (weird antialiasing, only fonts that are installed work, etc.)

Use these. Its pretty clear, takes all the work out of it for you: https://www.median-xl.com/filters/
To use, Left-Click on the (Title) Filter you want, select Copy to Clipboard, start up MXL and join a game, hit ESC and navigate to your filters and IMPORT FROM CLIPBOARD. Pretty simple. I would still like to see this written someplace in the Filter Exchange, because it's not very intuitive.
