No huge changes on other builds, just some single skills like Hyena Strike or Batstrike. Well of course every str-based ranged build now gains a big survival bonus thanks to grit.
I found Earthquake relic a while ago with my HMP but he doesn't obviously need it really, wondering what use might that have? I was going to play melee necro until I read that Parasite is broken, maybe Earthquake could replace it? I also have leveled wolf-druid but he too obviously doesn't need it, maybe some other druid-build...
