Almost finish my barb. Going to play paladin 
I like Fist barb with Berserk more but still don't find a good way to get mana back way fast to deals with those Ghosts. Also bad fhr make me can't do shit against mobs when melee them

Some feedback for future update maybe.
1. Barb summon - But Kathos avatar needs some attention. He is useless summon in hell. Don't remember how he was in other difficulties, but in hell he just runs away from all enemies. And when he decides to atack something, he does one swing and ... runs away again. Do i miss something about him ? Is it necessary to max the skill for it to be efective ?
2. Keys - sad part of the game is the destruction key. It has two drop locations and both of them are not easy to get to. Nithlakh is not hard in most cases until he is immune with conviction aura. The run is long if you don't take wp, because you want to farm zombies for that tome. After all these troubles - he does not drop key ... Yes i understand the chance to drop tome is low and it's ok. But why key ? Same with the other boss in sewers lvl 2. Area is ok, but in the end you deal with two bosses and still, they might not drop key....
3. Upgrading charms. Upgrading essences of frost/gore/wrath requires one type of doll. Which totally destroys the natural progression. If you have one essence - your desert run is either portal to tristram or charm upgrade + 3 extra parts which become useless until next run. Where you will farm 4 parts again, because you should do that in order to get trophies from 4 bosses. Because you already spent your time farming keys, so missing 3 bosses and getting one doll is big waste. So extra dolls end up just sitting in inventory. qq
4. Jewel crafting - did the recipe with warrior from this (http://ros.freiik.de/thread.php?threadid=4302) got +17 to fire resistance on lvl 1. Either recipes are totally wrong or that topic is out of date. Killed motivation to craft other jewel.
Speaking a about jewels - need ideas/advice to fill 3 sockets i have left. I have all runes/gems. So far was using 8% damage reduce runes or CB runes. Since char is almost end game ready, both stats are ok, need something better. What stats can spawn on rare jewels ?

1. BK Avatar is bugged when some Monster get poisoned i think. Some weird bug which i hopefully can fix for the next version. Have it on my list for long.
2. To get into the temple, use the fountain in act 5 (big clear area next to town). So you can take nihla wp. I wont change anything there, because running to nihlathak takes 1-2min maximum, even without maphack.
The guy in sewers 2 just got the key as extra drop. Beside of this he is the only mob which can drop mythical ore, which is required to craft a pretty nice weapon. Don't go to him for farming keys.
3. The charm system is one of the oldest thing in ROS which will stay. Also the dolls will stay, its not hard to get into the desert (maybe 30min) and u got a plenty nice amounnt of skills/stats for that upgrade.

Look for shadowsplinter jewels, first upgrade can be rerolled as often as u want. In the end u can get, wit some luck, a 50%ed, ll, @ jewel, which should be the best in the end for barb.
Also in uber can drop unique jewels which give indestruct + stats, some are useful too. Or may search for unique jewels which give +splintershot/+throw mastery to boost dmg.
In the end, you may post your barb gear/skillpoints and i can help you. My last barb had like 50-60k damage and ~6.5k life. Pretty sure u missing something.

@Pinball, in respect of these gloves Nihlathak's Ambush , they have a good absorption modifiers lightning, revival of elite monsters for security.

in the sewers was once the keys have not seen a drop, perhaps today I'll go check it out.

Grinch > i was using this http://ros.freiik.de/itemdb/cube/16--Sh ... --Warrior/ and first level of upgrade gave me +17 to fire resist. Which does not make sense. Nithlakh key and tome both have low chance to drop. I ran it multiple times, got 1 tome and two keys. Most of the times he drops gems and nothing more. Geting to him is not 2 mins at all. Plus he gets stone skin, physical immune and conviction aura - gg for hc
Rediska > thanks, but i was really bored with game. I got they key and wanted to try the bosses in desert prison. I got one strange item in there first time. I read about it and there is some hints maybe about combining 7? items from those bosses for reward. So i tried it and first two bosses came too close in their rooms and one of them one shot me. Same atack as mobs in uber tristram - spirit nova. But i am not sad, i already playing other mod Btw, if you rushing to 100, then i think desert runs are best for now. Or rush few alts to destruction and multilog 
p.s.: if anyone needs elite uniques for hc - leave me a pm, i still have mules with armors/weapons/sets.

Sometimes I feel the tome is more rarer than key from Nilathak. Atleast he can drops 2 key few times. And the other hard thing to get is hellfire torch that has +skill fit your class

Checked the files, and there is no mistake, so i think u used the wrong cube recipt.
The Temple in the Desert are supposed to get and endgame while combining the items which can drop from one of the bosses. I didn't made this level and i feel that the bosses need to be more away from each other. also 2 bosses there are very bugged and since every mob is named after one of our staff member, i can remove the bugged ones, since they are no longer with us

And btw., don't try to multilog much, if Seltsamuel or someone else from the D2L-Staff sees it, a temp ban could be incoming

I used the red one, i am pretty sure since i crafted for throw barb. So physical dmg, hp/mp steal and such.
Maybe destruction key can go to Duriel ?
