That would effectively make it so that Xis runes can be unsocketed for the majority of items, since you could just make the RW with some sacred base item that is easy to get.
Btw if such a recipe is added (with the 50% chance to destroy either) it should be different from the usual 3Pgems + Oil of Disjunction one for RWs, otherwise some noob will try to unsocket his Xis RW without realizing what the recipe does and end up losing his Xis rune.
