If an item succeeds on a luck trial MO, is it guaranteed to succeed using an Oil of Luck (or vice versa)? Or was I just reaaaaally lucky?

How the hell are you supposed to kill Lord Aldric Jitan as a melee necro when he just heals every time he gets low even though I already have 98% Open wounds on my weapons?

Use T6 war scepter and normal attack to proc nightmare, it stops his regen.

100% Increased Attack Speed
30% Faster Cast Rate
100% Faster Hit Recovery
90% Faster Block Rate
+(9 to 15) to Cautious Strike
+400% Enhanced Defense
+(451 to 500) to Dexterity
(201 to 250)% Extra Gold from Monsters

Says in docs cautious strike is a dual weild attack here we have an item that gives increased block and 500 dex on a barb helm that gives dual weild o-skill... Someone please explain this logic to me.

I'm sorry if this has already been asked a million times, I did spend some time in FAQ and forums looking for an answer:
