Not even close to that drop rate. Rune drop in Yshari has to compete with every other drop in there (rares, uniques, jewels, gems etc) so the chances to get a GR are miserable.

destroyer shaman demon blood aura also gives hp regen. shadow aura does not give that.

destroyer shaman demon blood aura also gives hp regen. shadow aura does not give that.

shadow minion aura does give hp regen
they dont stack

I have %43 slow target on my wolf druid, and my exemplar merc uses a weapon that has %25 slow target. Will the mercs slow target interfere with mine in any way? Can mine be overwritten by his lesser amount? Thanks

No, merc's ST has nothing to do with any type of slow of yours.

So if he hits a monster right after I do it won't replace my slow with his? Just clarifying..thanks

1) What does it mean in Tiefling_form?
"Disable Flat damage from Ways"
I suppose this is next interpretation:
Ignor all mele physical damage (vulnerable to all mele elemental/magigc damage, and distance phys damage)
2) For what asya build is it useful? I want to make broadside sin. Can it be usefull for me.
I really doubt to use it because one small point: Total char def = 0

It means that it's useless to use Tiefling Form with Waysin, as you won't get passive elemental damage from them.
