But I do know that the anime came from old eroge.

Yea it was the adaptation of the eroge, one with turn based strategy gameplay i remember wasting away trying to beat hard mode. Utawarerumono roughly means "He whose legends are sung" , pretty catchy name. And yes kemonomimi girls were the focus even though the eroge was kinetic (Only one ending) .

Just finished Utawaruremo sequel series. Fucking wow. A second series in anine that's as good or better than the first? Wut. I am pleased, now waiting for White Fox Studio to finish the conclusion of this great trilogy (Futari no Hakuoro) . Soon.

With summer wars done, now Im about 50% done with studio ghibli / .... that director's movie.

I need to catch up with latest Makoto Shinkai movie which I heard a lot praise for it (and another one which as aired at the same time).

Most of batch I have downloaded recently have been mediocre / semi decent anime only

I still need to catch up 2 season for 2016, im falling behind because have been gaming more than watching anime...

Finished Rewrite last night. I played the VN it was based on couple of years ago (which is pretty good by the way , Visual Arts Key did it right again after Clannad, Jun Maeda will never ever climb that wall in his career ever again) and this anime was a bit of a mixed bag at first. The common route was there kind of , everything else felt rushed , or so i thought. Then the very last part of the anime showed up and it made sense why the rush, plus tied in with the VN's theme. Season 2 in January 2017. Pretty decent anime, but only if you have played the VN before, otherwise it will seem like a mess of lame shit lazily put together. Its not.

Jun Maeda stuff always weird pacing. Especially when it is not under KyoAni (although people said Clannad abit slow)

Charlotte have so much interesting concept for a 2 cour (24 episodes~) series, but it cramped into only 1 cour it feel train-wreck-ish just like Angel Beat.
It got vibe from just like code geass with decent twist, except it need more screen time.

*I dunno why I still put Angel Beat as 10 on my scoring. Maybe because of characters, music and FEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELS~~~
