I'm still struggling with how to proceed with my melee necro. I am currently farming destro Tristram, in an attempt to get the Rathmas set (just got the boots from griswold in terror a few days ago) I have the basic charms I was able to get. Looks like my next step is getting that set, but I wanna know how I can maximize my efforts within my current gear range. Still using TU/Honorific gear, and a Kra Raptor Scythe. Thanks.

Get most basic charms with Kra scythe. Are you playing online?
Yeah Stealth. And Hellgrind - I am following that guide, but a big portion of it says "Get the full Rathma set". Farming Trist/Cath with 400 mf has net me a total of 3 random set pieces oover 3 hours? I cant fathom actually getting the set.

The set really improves your killspeed. Also do the xbow respec and get upgraded JDay charm - that 50 aa bonus is really nice because monsters seem to have higher defence this ladder. With all pts into strength and without %AR crafted jewels you gonna have problems with hitting monsters.
Ah That's true. I just need 1 more rare jewel so I can start crafting for my new Inti Bonesplitter with the 2% LL/ AR you recommened. Currently I only have a 72% chance to hit :\
