1- if I successfully luck trial a weapon, is the lottery upgrade (ITD - ignore target defense) 100% sure to pass?
2- Does ITD mean I have 95% chance to hit every non-boss monsters?
3- is a necrobot considered as a boss? or are the bosses the long ass names, like izual/act bosses/uber bosses?

from what marco is saying id say green,yellow,orange,boss are the exception

tbh i dont rly care about greens/yellows. most uber levels are orange mobs (necromorb,necrobot, slain soul, harpylisk, hardliner). so itd wouldnt work at all against them. its probably better to stick with high ar.

Well it's pretty obvious you can never rely on ITD, it's a supplementary mod (still meh).

Say you have 20k ar on str based char, you have like 60% cth a dest cow. With ITD that goes to 95%. Not so horrible.

it works fine against orange mobs either, read what Marco said not what other users said
