Why is the new 1.13c Multires not on the "game->tools" page? It only has the old one that supports 1.12a. seems like a simple update :-)

Does the Blood Flash Oskill work?
I cast it while inside a group of monsters and they still have full HP, even after 3 casts.

and how is your HP ? full also ?

if they damage you and then you cast blood flash does it regenerate some of your life lost ? i will check it when i arrive home from work and see what happens .

is there a guide for procs?
how do procs interact with +skills and hardskillpoints if you have the proc as a normal skill?
will spending skillpoints in that skill make the proc stronger aswell (for example if you have a skill which gets selfsynergie with hardskillpoints, like more projectiles, more dmg etc.)?

synergies work, +skills don't
