psn set is best and its really cheap . get 2 rare rings and rare amulet. get -100 psn res and -100 cold then stack psn spell dmg.. also if u gonna use psn sorc for farming then use ZOMG spiritual crafted boots for max mf

Yes, all modifiers (lucky/double orb/MOs) disappear after uptiering.
