Yeah I have no idea what endgame options there are. I was just addressing the early game stormzon.

It does not provides much stormzon scepters because Storm tree was introduced to an amazon only a few patches ago.

Iirc it's a cast.

I wasn't aware that the animation made a difference to the type. Thanks. I asked because the text reads "throws a ... mace" which sure sounds like an attack to me. Not to mention all the amazon gear and neutral skills that buff attack speed. It really seems like the game doesn't want me to be a stormzon: no TU scepters worth anything, no runeword scepters worth anything.

TU Grand Scepter you don't find to be good for a hammerzon early on?

Saying that zero scepters in the game is quite a large claim to make.

It just sucks that most of the mods go to waste. Not to mention it has low base damage and no added damage, making no use of HoZ's 3/2 WDM. It's just a bummer that the storm skills require a scepter and then the game provides no scepter with high base dmg, amazon skills, and/or +lightning spell / - enemy lit res.

Yeah that's a good starter weapon.

What are the new FCR breakpoints for amazon 1hander?

scepter shield is fast. If you watch brackans' bloodzon videos you can see how quickly they cast.

Yes I know, Marco raised it in recent patches but I don't think speedcalc shows the correct breakpoints.

A few questions about Whirlpool oskill:

1. Is it a multi-hitting skill?
2. Does it only hit monsters within its radius at the time you strike a target, or will it also hit monsters that wander into it after it's been activated?
3. Is it correct that Whirlpool does both physical and magic damage, and if so, does the physical damage portion of the missiles it emits activate life leech and/or life on striking (not LoSiM)?

1.) Yes, multi-hitting. Can easily be tested and seen.
2.) It's an AoE skill. If the monster touches it, he takes damage, assuming no immunity to whatever elements you have.
3.) It's a weapon damage skill, so yes, life leech and life on striking will work. LoSiM only works on the melee swing, as stated by "LoSiM"
