.Banish is a different thing. I'm not familiar with how much hp ubermonsters have, so I don't know if -14% max life from banish can make a difference. I tested both (XVc, SP) and it looked like Doom had better results so I didn't include alternative variants of rare amulets in this guide.
Considering Doom, don't forget that it also reduces enemy magic resists by 10% which strengthen your Parasite missiles making them deal more damage thanks to pierce.

Klaatu Barada Nikto
(lucky failed +2sk) mainly because of Stun Attack modifier and it improved my killspeed a lot comparing it to a Doom ammy (don't remember how much +skills it had). Though Klaatu Barada Nikto

Let's see what will bring the next (ultimative?) ladder. If there's the same situation about hardened monsters and necrobots, I'll probably change the amulet gear suggestion setup and will do some more non-ladder tests with Banish ammy, especially if somebody can name the exact amount of hp Dunc and Fauzt monsters have.
tl,dr Getting charms/farming with Doom + 4-5 skills ammy is just fine, getting Banish + 4-5 skills amulet is a nice thing, obtaining
