What anime do you watch?

I had times where I used to binge watch anime so I havent really given a score to most of em because I was too busy checking out the next one :mrgreen:

most anime I watch are purely for enjoyment so if I didnt rate your favourite anime I am sorry but apparently it didnt make much of an impression :roll:

Been meaning to continue watching the Monogatari Series so that way I can finish it up and watch more anime. The last time I watched the Monogatari Series was the Suruga Devil portion of it.

ghost in the shell? I guess you probably watched it, but just sayin in case you didn't. it's a cult anime. it has some detective elements though, but otherwise fits your criteria perfectly.

Serial Experimental Lain
Unlike most series which usually I rate with enjoyment value, this series is very thought provoking and made me to research a bit about people interpretation for the series. This is similar feeling like when I watched anime with tons of symbolism (Mawarum Penguindrum, Nausicaa, Princess Mononoke and Yurikuma) . The series however is a bit slow and 'mind fukery' at some times (similar to ergo proxy i think). Considered it was aired back in 90s, it fit nicely with current interconnected society. Trying reading plot synopsis / explanation if it too hard for you.

Others probably parasyte, shiki, higurashi, kara no kyoukai movies, paranoia agent, shinsekai yori, tokyo ghoul and zetsuen no tempest.
(All based of all decent-ish anime with tag "mystery" from my list)

seens most of them, besides parasyte, didnt like it at all, thats where taste takes place, because i have no idea why people enjoy that anime

Finished watching Shimoneta to Iu Gainen ga Sonzai Shinai Taikutsu na Sekai. I dont remember laughing as much watching an anime ever since watching Prison School (Prison School is superior imo tho) . If you're into absurd comedies and animes that do not take themselves too seriously it's a good go. The theme is nsfw tho so if you despise ecchi then nope (even tho the ecchi is here as a gag most the time) .

Gonna go ahead and clear Pupa off my backlog.

Never been much of an anime guy, but I've always followed Dragonball things. Mainly for Vegeta. And I rewatch this at least a couple times a week.

4 minute long eps, what in the fuck.

I've been told the manga is better (as usual), and you can see its a plot heavy anime. You cant put a plot heavy story in 4 minute long eps. Very incomplete , very rushed , a lot of questions not answered, this is how you DONT make an anime adaptation. Studio DEEN does it again after the fuckup that was Fate/Stay Night. Long live Ufotable's version of it - The art is average, animations? Fuck animations in ANIME right? The OP and ED range from a meh to mediocre.

In a nutshell this anime can be resumed in 3 words : "ONIICHAN NO NIKU!" ; Avoid it like the plague.
