Is it normal for Arihan to heal up ? He healed up from half hp to 75 after i died.

Did you S&E for body, or run back from entrance of triune?

I just died while boss was hyper active (hp around 50% - he gets faster) and since he was charmed i stayed dead hoping for him to get damaged more. So i kept my mouse over him and his hp went back up slowly with some intervals, not like Jitan. Regen stopped around 75% and when i got my body back from town without save and exit - his hp was remaining at 75% and he was slow as usual. I had few endyrems around me to lure him, maybe he gets heals on kill ?

Interesting, I've done Arihan A LOT of times and never seen him heal. But I have never used any summons there.

On the other hand I did the Startled Witch 3 times this ladder (with heavy summons usage to distract her) and she healed twice. Once from 75% to full and once from 50% to full, both times the heal was instant. She blinks offscreen and the next time I target her in a second or two she has healed.

In fact, I just realised that I have the second of these occurrences on video, as it was the kill I was recording for the Tantrumdin guide, so I can upload it if needed.

Could be that there is some engine related bug with these monsters healing after killing stuff, since I heard from other players that the witch healed for them too and supernolan beta, i believe, posted about it as well.

Was it possible he had a Hp reducing "curse" on him?

Being a Triune farmer for 2 seasons...I thought that was a feature.. lol. I've noticed him heal many of times; I knew the reason at one point but its been a while. Didnt know it was a bug!

I dont remember why but if I had to guess I'd say that when he has the aura and gets hit by the one boss that cant die in this game(always wondered why that nigga never can die); then you die. Aura wears off and charm sometimes wears off; so when the drain effect is on him when he isnt charmed or has aura he heals or something. I cant remember tbh; I just knew If I pressed esc fast enough and reentered tp he would never heal again.

From my experience of doing Arihan, boss heals if u stay dead and dont press esc, so always press esc as soon as u die and then make ur way to boss again.

Arihan stop loosing life from Messenger's curse as soon as u die, it does not matter if he is charmed or not. Even if u die while he had the burn effect on him from messenger, he stops loosing life despite of the fact that he still have burn on him. He will keep attacking bats/messenger even after ur death while charmed, but just wont take any damagr at all. Thats what i noticed in almost 80+ boss kill over th ladders..

What's the reason that you can't cast Symphony of Destruction in town? Probably not a bug, but I'm curious.

i guess the coloumn which is responsible for the use in town is not set

...lol

I think void was interested in the philosophical reason rather than the technical one
