Well, strange thing is that i don't even have that file, nor Median XL folder installed. Maybe my antivirus completely blocked actions from installer

Okay, I've cracked it, everything is working fine now. Comodo antivirus apparently didn't like the installer and had put it into quarantine

The only thing I am missing now is playing with Plugy and its shared stash, but need to get used to it.....

PlugY will probably not be supported, as Sigma won't use it, and I'm not sure about Median 2017 (it will probably work). If I have enough time, I might try implementing it.

Version 0.2.5 has been released.

I've re-written a large chunk of code, so the Launcher performs much much better now, but it's possible that some bugs slipped by due to the large amount of changes, so please be on the lookout, and let me know if something's amiss. I'm particularly interested in settings not opening and soft-locking the launcher. It's possible that they lock the first time you open the launcher. Let me know if settings lock, and if it happens more often. I'm looking to fix that for good for the next version, and after that we'll test the auto-update system.

Changes:
- the Launcher loads significantly faster (probably 80%+ faster)
- fixed hotkey issues and settings not saving
- fixed most cases of settings soft-locking
- updated Launcher platform

Known problems:
- If your Windows changes appearance when running Glide (and you dont like it), turn on "Keep desktop composition" in the Launcher --> Settings --> Glide Settings. It can cause the game to freeze on some computers though.
- It's preferable to not install the Launcher nor D2 in Program Files.
- Settings soft-locking when you open them for the first time. Let me know if it happens more often.

Settings soft-lock if launcher is not run with administrator privileges, tested by unchecking it in properties. Installer does not run it as admin. Alt-F4 to close settings still causes a soft-lock.

Nothing happens when hotkeys are pressed (enter to close settings, esc to close launcher/settings). Did not test 0.2.4 so can't say if it's a new issue.

Compatibility mode and admin properties are reset upon launch. Intended?

Tested the new version, launcher runs much much faster + settings open and save without problems but I am stuck when click on "play" button, it shows "restart" every time and when the launcher restarts nothing changes.

I reinstalled launcher in folder without spaces in path and it's works! The startup command certutil.exe breaks if there are spaces in the folder name, as far as I understand it.
PS Launcher works perfectly! With the self-update function it will be a great utility.
