Do the barbarians pets move now? No point in playing barb if they don't.
Also how are the necromancer pets now, really hated the spirits and took a break from this mod for a year just because of the pets being boring.

On a side note, what was the direction for the pets in this mod? Why can't druid have bears and wolves (or other nature themed pets) and necromancer have skeletons and golems. Was it not possible to just make them better and give the pets skills, like taking vanilla pets to the next level. Not sure whats with the strange decisions regarding things like fire elemental and spirits and pink necromancer thing. Im willing to retry the mod once the new version is out but my interest is only in a summoner style.

thematically speaking, they are old ancient spirit, not your pet. So they move whenever they pleased.

Theoretically since removal of heroic shield, pet should be able to deal damage. With damage rebalanced, maybe summoner pet get slightly buffed (at least i didnt notice changes to %minion stuff). But i doubt they will be useful for super late game ultimative uber though (all those uber after laz era)

Im planning to play summoner barb myself, hope it will be much more fun.

The change log looks fantastic! Great job Marco and Whilst and everyone else who is working on this :D

I have to ask though, is the World Event going to come back at some point? I did the fight before and it was fun, it'd just be nice to see the reward charm fixed in 2017 or sigma.

"multires no longer works because cheating".

Does this also apply when im playing singleplayer ? I know its "cheating" but im not harming anyone doing this just by myself.

This mod designed around respecs, why is it a rare drop? If I see them I'm going to collect to sell, and they will fill inventory. Especially so because they are uncommon.

cool story bro. keep whining when you haven't actually even played this version now. And just so you know, yes, the mod relies on respect to certain degree, but we are looking to change that.


For those thanking me, please also consider suchbalance has worked as hard to make this patch a reality - so give him some love. Especially the reworks and the character changes. Make sure to blame him as well if there's something you don't like. :mrgreen:

@Marco, @SB and everyone who assisted with development. Thank you for this patch it looks amazing and it seems most small complaints are oversights for greater changes. Most people seem to overlook the changes that might affect them in a specific way but don't realize that the changes are for the general improvement of overall gaming experience!
