I rerolled hundreds of time, but never got a rare or Unique back.

Oil of renewal turns an item into superior quality, thats all it does, its in the documentation. There is no chance orb in this game.

How to kill soul of wrath I’m having a hard time I use bear Druid I have 600k armor ang 80 resist but he kill me like 3 - 4 sec ,,sometimes when I die His life decreases then sometimes it’s get full kinda confusing hahaha thanks in advance for the help

80 resist its not enought, try to put in your items perfect bloodstones and get 90 fire resist u can eazy survive on health potion , u dont need to kill him , just run in the room, let him to follow you and he will be kill himself.

I'm making a UHM when the reset hits, and I was wondering.
Do UHM need IAS or FCR to use lemur/Bloodthorns faster ? It's a spell, however it uses normal hit animation ?

It is an attack that spawns a spell (lemures/bloodthorns) every hit. So the hit is attack speed and the proc is a spell.

Kinda confuse how blockspeed works I have 200 blockspeed I feel it’s useless and what’s the purpose of light radius

Blockspeed work same as FHR but wont do much if you got a low %chance to block enemies. Light radius is light sorrounding you char area to lessen shadow/fog effect.

I try to increase my fire resist but I can’t win against soul of wrath is there a technique or anything that I can do ?

Did you try to use spec for more avoid/regen (max faerie fire/symbiosis, 26 pt elves and 20 pts fiends)? I know it looks like waste to respec for just one single fight but it will be also helpful in last fight.
PS: Also you will be able to somehow distract him with summons.. elves have pretty high hp.
