Skip Lord Aldric Jitan too, I lost 90% of about the same amount of hp you have even when I locked him at the river.
These towers are doing crazy dmg. Akarat on the other hand was easy with three tries needed.

I still don't deal enough dmg for akarat
I take her down to 5% life but she regains before i deal enough dmg. I could have her with a lucky beacon drop.Thank you all for your advice i will try 2-3 charms before farming teganze. And no worry .. I really don't plan on doing zagraal or kabraxis yet.
I might try : buther , dp , horazon.

Just dont let akarat hit anything, and it will not heal, since its a chance to cast on hit.

Thank you for this info ! Merc might be a problem tho , blink cooldown is not low enough for merc to not be hit.
Will try it ! or get my merc killed lol.
