Fair points . Guess I will switch to Bear Stance asap since ele barb feels squishy as I progress further to Hell. Regarding Nephalem Spirit, I think there is still merit in it if maxing dex though, for a general ele-damage setup at least, since it add Fire + Lightning damage based on Dex too. But of course, if one go for a dedicated cold-pierce vs. fire/lightning-pierce setup, it may get complicated.
