Found this Hand of God by random pickup and couldn't help but notice the min and max damage are absurdly close to eachother,
something you only ever really see on an item that rolls +minimum damage.

Was confused by it, so checked up in the base items in the docs and found that only the Sacred Tier has that weird min/max damage range, when all the other ones have a "normal" range between the min/max. Is there any reason it's like that? Kinda just seems odd that the spread goes by tier: 4, 5, 7, 9, 9, 12, 1.

I didn't closely search every item, but scanning through, there are a lot of sacred tier bases like that. Another one to point out is the Stinger Crossbow. Tier 6 rolls 86-101, and the Sacred rolls 99-101. Why does the max damage remain the same on the sacred tier? I know minimum damage can be quite a big DPS output, but shouldn't the maximum also increase (Same goes for Trebuchet and probably more)?
Overall, just curious if all of this is intended to go from normal damage spreads to very minimal or weird transitions on bases.
