It's not the Lord of Lies token.

It's Emblem of Lies. one of six reagents used in the Laz charm upgrade recipe or the Valkyrie's Prime recipe.

I found a document saying you get bonus from killing Baal in Terror and cube class charm with Lem rune when you get swirlies after killing some blue guys that come out of Baal. I can't get them to come out. I wonder if they have been removed from the game since that was written?

, and even those are only for fire and the DR. Lamha can suffer the loss of DR since you can easily find it in other gear pieces. It's more or less a staple caster item. That's what I would do at least.
