Don't know if anyone else is bothered by this but imho Shuriken Flurry should either be renamed back to Starburst or go back to looking like a flurry of actual shurikens. IIRC it was renamed to Shuriken Flurry somewhere around the time when its visuals were changed to look like a burst of stars. This is silly.

Well, it would be highly unlikely that they would directly add Assassin's blink on to any item. They would hypothetically just copy/ paste it and change CD.

If I weapon-switch for the Blink on a staff, every last Champion of the Sun would die, and without them, the whole system goes down.

Yeah pounce is an absolute no go, since Champions of the Sun are on a shield.

Really disappointed in Paladin's resurrect skill.

Every monster that somewhat looks interesting doesn't leave a corpse. Just a few examples:
Porkchops
Heretics
Hellcats

And then you can ressurect enemies that are completely useless and do nothing at all:
Gravediggers (needs corpse first, but it doesn't eat corpses hence --> useless)
Devourers (needs corpse first, but it doesn't eat corpses hence --> useless)
Those enemies that spawn flits in act 4 (These actualy spawn enemies. Once it starts it won't stop if you can't kill those flits fast enough)
Ghoti's (they don't cast wyrd)

There are also enemies that don't cast their usual spells:
Alpha Centaurs (still usefull due to nice move/attack speed and good damage)
Ghoti's (as said above)


I'm going on tomorrow to see if there are even more enemies you can't resurrect or are useless despite good damage output/nice abilities

btw: 1.000th post.

EDIT: Also why doesn't vindicate heal minions? On my nec I saw summons healing (due to skeletal flayer aura) But vindicate doesn't heal them in the slightest. I know that summons usually only receive 1/255 of healing, but why does skeletal flayer aura heal them then?

I was the catalyst for the Resurrect nerf, as I showed some videos of it being really strong, but the nerfs were too severe.

There are still a couple good options for resurrects though.

Hardliners from Fautz use Barrier Strike and do great damage. The Vampiress outside of Crystalline Passage that use Barrage and Bloodstorm are REALLY good. But it's a pain to have so few decent ones to choose from.

And yes, the regeneration on them is broken. In my opinion, every minion in the game should get at least a little regen to heal up a bit in between mobs.

EDIT: Demonblood Aura must have some hidden full life regen affix that isn't listed in the tooltip. I'd bet there's a staggering amount of info we don't get to see on many things.

Well, it's np. In some cases I can understand that. If you were to turn any enemy into a boar with porkchops the game would simply be boring. No charging enemies anymore, no fast hitters anymore. Same goes for Hellcats. What should enemies do that depend on ranged attacks? Should they just stand around? Another good examples are troupers, who'd simply stunlock the enemies to death.

However I don't get why Heretics can't be resurrected for example. Paladin has no extremely good buffs to boost their damage a lot. And they still run away from any enemy before they can actually cast their spells.

I just find it bad that there are in fact resurrects that do nothing at all. Why weren't these excluded from the corpse pool as well? That makes no sense imho.

Concerning the demonblood aura: I guess that's not much of a problem since you can easily get the aura with a runeword. But at least resurrects should be able to get the heal from Vindicate as well.

Yeah plenty of Resurrects lose their skills for balance purposes (whether it's good balancing is a different topic altogether).

Cultists can be revived, but they don't leave a corpse, you're right. But honestly, they aren't great. I was disappointed.

Demonblood Aura doesn't regenerate revives either, I really don't know what's up with them My theory:

The corpse they drop is a modified version of the enemy, and the enemy regeneration is based solely on their stats. If this is the case, they should be given a fair amount of regen so you don't have to keep talking to healers and resummoning them. They are a pain in the ass to have to get in the first place.

And they need to have their timer increased to like, 10 hours or something. I have playthroughs sometimes where 1 hour doesn't cut it.

Even if the timer is 10 hours, they usually die before that time reaches (if you don't talk to healers like you said). I got some of those grizzlys with maces from Mephisto (to the right of him) and they were already dead when I encountered Izual.

Right now this whole skills seems very disappointing even though it's an uber skill. Anyway, I'll test how far I can get with this skill. Luckily this isn't my only method for spreading damage. Still disappointing.

Graphics seem to get pixelated and colors a bit fucked up after being in Void

edit: maxing out gold on a level 1 character at 10k in the inventory. using signet of gold on it breaks the 10k limit
