Carsomyr
cannot be crafted. It's dropped from monsters in Destruction (vanilla Hell difficulty) only. Sacred items are the highest tier you can find. Each sacred item has 3 different uniques to their name. Most call them SU, SSU and SSSU. Each is rarer than the previous. Carsomyr is a SSSU, which makes it the most rare Flameberge in the game.Carsomyr
