The problem in last ladder was kabraxis / zorun farming - especially if you consider that there are some cheese methods for kabraxis that I cannot fix without a major balance patch (I'd rather not get into details here).
My idea is to reduce SU drops from kabraxis and zorun and to increase *a tiny bit* the drop rates in all other areas to compensate.

Well, making runewords and crafts become more used was part of the reason drops were modified. You won't expect people to use magics and rares right?
If you keep the level of accesibility equal to both, people will never pick rws/crafts because a) they take a lot more time to make and b) they are in average weaker (partially because runewords can have up to 7 stats, while uniques up to 12, naturally craft stats go as high as 6)
