Pouncezon is probably best on a budget,javazon, neutraldin with the set is pretty good, summon necro. All these builds have over 11k life so should be able to take a couple of barrel hits (4 or 5k magic dmg per barrel).

Old D2 bug, he is just a coward, as you propably have noticed restarting the map fixes it.

It's been as high as +6 in previous patches, but has been nerfed over time.

A perfectly rolled Nats would be pretty godly. I bet it would sell for a small fortune in TG as well...

New to median xl. Where do I find relics? I'm lvl 119 havnt found any yet. I play offline single player only

They are world drops so they can drop literally anywhere but are extremely rare. Best change is high density areas like Fauzt or Vizjun, but as you are lvl 119 thats not an option yet.
