They only have "worse DPS" compared to builds which stand still to attack/cast to do full damage, aka a situation which never happens on 115+ ubers.

You are missing the forest for the trees. I've killed Akarat with different poison builds in 110-120 range (both casters and non-casters), which is a bit annoying, but I wouldn't say I'd go to the feedback thread asking for a buff just because it took 15 seconds instead of 3 to kill a single boss which has a mechanics specifically hard for poison damage. However javazon has the highest poison WDM passive coupled with a highest WDM attack to apply it (with the same scaling capability as Whirlwind) and -50% poison enemy res baseline. So, without additional context, it's literally impossible not to kill Akarat at level 120 with a poison javazon and therefore is entirely a skill issue.
Strong doubt it's 25x damage difference, the fastest attack on relevant meta builds is 5 fpa, which is merely 5x, assuming the first frame damage is the same. But it quickly tapers off once teleports and various "get into the safe zone"/"dodge the death zone" mechanics are introduced, since more time spent not attacking/casting is a direct reduction to the Dee Pee Ass, which is not the case for poison.
